Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
What This Policy Covers
This refund policy applies to all Space Dust products purchased directly through our website via Paddle (our payment processor). This includes Space Dust Cleaner and any other products sold through tasta.space.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Email us - Send a refund request to stefan@tasta.space with your order number or the email address used for the purchase
- Paddle customer dashboard - Log in to your Paddle account and submit a refund request directly through their customer portal
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
After Your Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to use the product with that license. If you wish to use the product again in the future, a new purchase will be required.
App Store Purchases
If you purchased a Space Dust product through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please follow Apple's refund process by visiting Apple's Request a Refund page.
One Refund Per Product
To keep things fair, we offer one refund per customer per product. If you have already received a refund for a specific product and purchase it again, subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for another refund.
